Bradley Jouty was chosen as the Outstanding Youth of the Parish by St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in LaPlace. Jouty was chosen for this award because of his dedication to the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Youth Organization. The group meets on Sunday evenings from 6:40 – 8 p.m. Jouty has been a peer minister for the group for three years. Jouty received his award from Archbishop Aymond at St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans. He is the son of Eddie and Terri Jouty.
