LAPLACE – U.S. Sen. David Vitter announced Monday he will host a town hall meeting in St. John the Baptist Parish today as part of his commitment to hear from constituents from all 64 Louisiana parishes.
Vitter will speak for about an hour at the St. John Parish Central Library, 2920 Highway 51, LaPlace, beginning at 3:30 p.m.
“I really enjoy visiting communities and meeting with Louisianans all over the state,” Vitter said in a release.
“We’ll be discussing the issues most important to them, including my efforts to stop runaway federal spending and debt, to bring down the price of gasoline, and repeal Obamacare.”
