Alice L. Bourgeois, 82, fell asleep in the home of her daughter on Tuesday night, Feb. 22, 2011. She was a most loved mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her two daughters, Debbie Bourgeois and Lisa Bourgeois Hindmarch, son-in-law, Bob Hindmarch, son, John Bourgeois, daughter-in-law, Janice Bourgeois, two granddaughters, Jenny and Janette Bourgeois, one sister, Ruth Accardo, and brother, Manual Louque.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard J. Bourgeois Jr.; parents, Ulysse Louque Sr. and Archange Bourgeois; her sisters: Lucia Louque, Marant Bourgeois, Marie Pizzuto, Louisiana “Aunt NaNa” Deslattes, Florence Accardo and Hilda Roussel; and her brothers: Stark Louque, Joseph Louque and Ulysse Louque.

Visitation and services were held on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina. Burial followed in St. Joseph Mausoleum. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of H.C.
