Jerry J. “Jack” Bourgeois Sr., born March 28, 1941, passed away Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, at the age of 69. He was the loving husband of Janet D. Bourgeois for 49 years, father of Deborah B. Veron (Brent), Jerry Bourgeois Jr. (Put) and Shane Bourgeois (Linda), and grandfather of Josh and Ryan Veron and Michael Bourgeois.

He was the son of the late John and Anna Mae Bourgeois and brother of Morris and Ronald Bourgeois and the late Mark, Kelvin and Craig Bourgeois.

He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Kaiser Aluminum after 30 years.

A funeral Mass was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2130 Rectory St., Paulina on Tuesday, Nov. 23, followed by interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Paulina.
