New Sarpy Elementary recently recognized 2010 Louisiana Writes contest winners who were selected from students’ writings submitted from across the state. Winners are (left to right) Linley Kennedy – first place K-second grade fiction, Cameron Williams – honorable mention K-second grade poetry, Keaton Suren – honorable mention K-second grade poetry, and Kailie Carrigee – honorable mention K-second grade Non-Fiction.
