The Norco Christmas Parade rolled for the eighth straight year. The theme of this year’s parade was “Norco Noel: Christmas on the River,” and reflected the many River Parishes traditions. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived by helicopter on the east bank levee to take their place behind a wide array of floats, trucks, antique cars, marching groups, horse riders, pageant queens and the bands from Destrehan High School, Harry Hurst Middle School and Riverside Academy.
