The St. Charles Council on Aging and the St. Charles Department of Parks and Recreation sponsored their annual fishing rodeo for all St. Charles Parish residents 60 years of age and older on April 4. Fishing and a whole lot more filled the day for the 88 seniors in attendance.

Besides the fishing rodeo, those who made it down to the water were treated to breakfast and lunch, contests, music, entertainment, dancing, games and refreshments. With all of this on tap, trophy or not, everyone was a winner.
