RESERVE — St. John Council on Aging and Don’s Country Store are working together with a campaign entitled “Warm a Senior Citizen this Winter.”

This campaign is in collaboration with Entergy’s “Helping Hands” program 25th year anniversary celebration. Entergy collects funds for helping seniors across Louisiana pay utility bills through the “Helping Hands” program. There are no administrative costs involved – all contributions go toward an individual’s utility biIl.

Don’s Country Store wilI place a box near the check -out register for the collection of contributions. Don’s Country Store will turn in funds to St. John Council on Aging at the end of December. Entergy will match funds collected dollar for dollar.
