NORCO – St. Charles Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man who exposed himself to a woman jogging in the Norco area, according to a statement released by Sheriff Greg Champagne.

The woman was jogging in the 400 block of Spruce Street in Norco when an unknown man with no pants on exposed his genitals to her while lying on his back in a sit-up position between two parked cars, authorities said.

St. Charles Sheriff’s spokesman would not comment if the latest public obscenity charge was in any way related to recent arrests made in June and July for similar incidents.

John Fuoco of Brandon Hall Drive in Destrehan was arrested July 19 after witnesses on Fuoco’s street saw him walking around the neighborhood naked as well as fondling himself, Sheriff Greg Champagne reported. Christopher Coll of First Street in Norco was arrested in June after a local resident allegedly witnessed Coll strolling nude through the Mary Street area the morning of June 22.

The incident is still currently under investigation and deputies are asking anyone with any information to contact the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s office at (985) 783-6807.
