NORCO – Hurless C. &#8220Blackie” Clouatre, 84, a native of Norco, died July 26. He was the husband of Elvige &#8220White” Clouatre.

He is survived by children Sandra LeBourgeois, Paula Bourg, Pamela Donaldson, Marilyn Braud, Hurless Jr., Randy, and Darren Clouatre.

He is also survived by sisters Vera Clouatre and Wanda Schexnayder.

Services were held July 31 at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco with interment in St. Charles Borremeo Cemetery Mausoleum.

DONALDSON

NORCO – Marlene Donaldson, 51, died July 26. She was the wife of Sidney &#8220Red” Donaldson.

She is survived by children Aaron Leblanc, Meranda. Sydney, and Donja Donaldson.

She is also survived by father Norris Byron and siblings Brenda Badeaux and Patty Granier.

She was preceded in death by mother Irving Granier and brother Barton Granier.

Services were held July 29 at Sacred heart Catholic Church in Norco with interment in St. Charles Borremeo Mausoleum in Destrehan.

FOUNTAIN

LUTCHER – Lorraine S. &#8220Len” Fountain, 93, died July 25. She was the wife of the late Carl &#8220Bud” Fountain, Sr.

She is survived by son Carl Fountain, Jr., and daughter Marlene Gomes. She is also survived by five grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents Henry and Letitia St. Pierre. She was also preceded in death by brothers Raleigh, Burley and Andre St. Pierre,

Services were held July 28 at Alexander Funeral Home in Lutcher with entombment in St. Joseph Catholic Church Mausoleum in Paulina.

HARRIS

LAPLACE – Minister Joyce Royal Harris, 62, died July 24. She was the wife of the late General Harris, Jr.

She is survived by children General &#8220Carlos” Harris, Dereke, Darnell, Faith, Hope, and Micah Harris.

She is also survived by siblings James Royal, Ronald Wicks, Lionel Royal, Joana Rogers, Connie Carter, Anita Craig, and Harry Turner.

Services were July 31 at New Home Ministries in LaPlace with interment in St. Rose Cemetery.

MILLET

LAPLACE – Joseph &#8220Sleepy Joe” Millet, 87, died July 25. He was the husband of Helen Millet.

He is survived by children Elton Millet, Jackie Harris, Dolores martin and Clarence Variste.

He is also survived by siblings Claude Millet and Augustine Dennis.

He was preceded in death by parents Adam and Orelia Millet.

Services were held July 29 at Providence B.C. in LaPlace with interment in Providence Cemetery.

WILLIAMS

NORCO – Patricia Anne Williams, 50, died July 26. She was the wife of Daniel J. Williams.

She is survived by children Justin Baudier, Janice Joliboix, and Susan Boudier. She is also survived by sisters Sharon Abel and Marlene Remondet.
