RESERVE – Clifford (C.F.) Landry Jr., 80, a native and resident of Reserve, died March 27. He was the husband of Hazel Boe Landry.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Michael and Jeri Landry.

He is also survived by siblings Ronnie, Bobby and Roy Landry, Leatrice Luminais, Mary Gay Catoire, Sylvia Simoneaux, Sybil Montegut and Irene Moore, step-children Darren and David Duplantis and step-grandchildren Paige and Annie Duplantis.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Marcelle Montz Landry and siblings Mickey and Richard Landry.

Services were held March 29 at St. Peter Catholic Church, Reserve, with interment in the church cemetery.

ROBERT

AMA – Preston John Robert, 89, a native and resident of Ama, died March 28. He was the husband of Lydia (Robert) Robert.

He is survived by his niece and nephews Loretta Robert Colomb, Edwin and Charles Robert Sr., Audrey Robert Zeringue, Clifford &#8220Whitey” Robert, Janet Robert Jaquillard and James &#8220Whitebird” Robert.

He is was the Paw-Paw of Michael Robert and Jessica Robert Ledet and great-uncle of Clifford Robert Jr., Toni Robert Rougeou, Carrie Marshall, Tricia Bordelon, James Robert Jr., Rayvin Robert, Mario Randazzo and Charles Robert Jr.

He was preceded in death by his parents John Robert and Blanche Troxler Robert.

Services were held March 31 at St. Mark Catholic Church, Ama, with interment in St. Charles Cemetery, Luling.

SCOTT

LAPLACE – Marjorie Hageni Scott, 85, a native of New Orleans and a resident of LaPlace, died March 27. She was the wife of the late Charles Scott Sr.

She is survived by children Charles Jr. and Thomas Scott, Suzanne Quiroz, Eileen Scott and Melanie Scott-Catoire.

She is also survived by her sister Marion Hageni Schwartz, grandchildren Christopher Quiroz, Teresa Quiroz Vuillernot, Rain and Danae Scott-Catoire, great-grandchildren Jessie and Zachary Vuillernot, and sons-in-law Jose Quiroz, John Prindle, David Catorie and Eric Vuillernot.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Joseph, George and Theodore Hageni and sisters-in-law Eileen Cattran and Reba Hageni.

Services were held March 31 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, LaPlace, with interment in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, St. Rose.

SIMONEAUX

LULING – My’Keyell De’Jae Simoneaux, 1-month-old, a native and resident of Luling, died March 29. She was the daughter of Tracy Simoneaux and Larry Blackmon.

She is survived by her siblings Ta’Ziria Simoneaux and Clifaneka Simoneaux.

She is also survived by her grandparents Dorothy Simoneaux and Felton Boston.

Services will be held today at noon at Robottom Mortuary, Hahnville.

Robottom Mortuary of Reserve is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. at Robottom Mortuary.

VICE

LAPLACE – Betty June Millet Vice, 70, a native and resident of LaPlace, died March 30. She was the wife of Ray Vice.

She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Vice.

She is also survived by a brother Gilbert (Boe) Millet.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles (June) and Mabel Millet and brothers Michael and James (Toe)

Millet.

Services were held March 31 at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, LaPlace, with interment in St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace.
