NORCO – Archie Joseph Detillier, 82, a native of Lutcher and a resident of Norco, died Oct. 7.

He was the husband of the late Pearl Decaraux.

He is survived by his children Rg. Joseph Detillier, Don David Detillier, Kathryn Duhe’ and Patty Bourgeois.

He is also survived by his siblings Dudley Detillier, Percy Detillier, Thelma DeJean, Jeannette Detillier and Elsie Levet, 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Alcee and Margurite Detillier, siblings Charles Sr., Lynn Detillier and Shirley Borrello.

Services were held Oct. 10 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, with interment in the church mausoleum.

HOWARD

EDGARD – Vanessa Howard, 78, a native of Wallace and a resident of Edgard, died Oct. 6.

She is survived by her children Brenda, Laura, Rose, Glenn, Phillip, Frank, Jessie Howard, Iris Lewis, Mary Stewart and Linda Dupaul.

She is also survived by her siblings Dorothy and James Lewis.

Services were held Oct. 11 at the Greater New St. Peter Baptist Church, Edgard, with interment in Young Cemetery, Edgard.

JACOB

MILESVILLE – Francis Cali Jacob, 80, a native of the Cravesse area of LaPlace and a resident of the Milesville area of LaPlace and Jayess, MS., died Sept. 22.

She was the wife of the late Henry “Diddy” Jacob.

She is survived by her children Nelson “Jake” (Glenna) Jacob, Mary Ann Jacob and Martha (Thomas) Rome.

She is also survived by her siblings Josephine C. Guarino and Laura C. Phefferlie, three grandchildren Aaron Lions, Nicole Gray and Ondina Treguerous, three-step-grandchildren David, Mark and Paul Anders, five great-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Mary Ann Pizzolato Cali, siblings Michael J. Cali, Johnny J. Cali, Nathanial J. Cali, Norman J. Cali, Conchetta Zito Lemoin, Mary C. Accardo and Rose C. Terry and one grandchild Ashley Lions.

Services were held at St. Joan of Ark Catholic Church, LaPlace, with interment in St. Peter’s Catholic Church Cemetery, Reserve.

KLIEBERT

RESERVE – Keith G. Kliebert, 56, a native and resident of Reserve, died Oct. 7.

He was the son of Ruth Hymel Klliebert and the later Earl Kliebert.

He is survived by his sister Marcia Kliebert.

He is also survived by his nieces Jennifer Carter, Allison Bourgeois, Adrienne Landry and Catherine Landry and friends Donald Heltz, Pat and Darlene Maus.

Services were held Oct. 10 at St. Peter Catholic Church, Reserve, with interment in the church cemetery.

LEBLANC

NORCO – Hypolite Adolph “H.A.” “Hyp” LeBlanc Jr., 91, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Norco, died Oct. 5.

He was the husband of Hazel Marie Falgout LeBlanc.

He is survived by his children Dr. Hal (Ann) LeBlanc and Whittaker LeBlanc.

He is also survived by his siblings Miriam L. Launey and Courtney L. Everard, grandchildren Elizabeth (Michael) Freitas, Rebecca (Steve) Brens Halle (Fianc/ Jason Lowry) LeBlanc, Hal “Beau” (Melissa) LeBlanc and great-grandchildren Kirsten, Lorrie, Victoria, Madalyn, Breland and Micah.

He was preceded in death by his parents Hypolite Adolph and Ruphena Longmire LeBlanc, siblings Mary Elizabeth LeBlanc Firment, Warton and Vernon LeBlanc and great-grandson Gabriel Michael Brens.

Services were held Oct. 8 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Norco, with interment in St Charles Borromeo Mausoleum, Destrehan.
