Destrehan tires reported slashed

DESTREHAN — An investigation in underway in Destrehan after several reports of tire slashing occurred in the early morning hours of Oct. 6.

St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 17 instances where residents in the Carriage Lane area called complaining of their tires being slashed.

“We are continuing this investigation,” said Public Information Officer Capt. Pat Yoes with St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.

“All of the reports came from the same area, so more than likely it was all done by the same person or persons during the early morning hours,” Yoes said.
