‘Peter Pan’ flies into St. John Theatre

RESERVE- The St. John Theatre in Reserve will stage its musical production of James M. Barrie’s “Peter Pan,” as part of their 25th season of live theatre in the River Parishes.

Directed by Darryl P. Clement, the cast features Linzi Lawson as the title character, Courtney Anderson as Wendy, and Kevin St. Amant as Captain Hook.

The show opens July 22nd and will run July 23, 27, 28, 29, and the 30th at 7:30p.m.

The theatre will also feature a matinee performance on July 24 at 2:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under, and may be purchased in advance at Allied Express in LaPlace.

The production features orchestration from the Cathy Rigby Revival and draws its cast from local talent as well as surrounding parishes.

The cast also includes Derrick Faucheux as John, Alexander Adams as Michael, Andrew Whitman as Nana, Chris Workman as Smee, and Nylyn Oubre as Tiger Lily.

The St. John Theatre is located at 115 W. Fourth St. at River Road.
