€ Lori Williams, 26, 6301 Ackel St., Metairie; DWI.

€ Joshua Posey, 23, 352 Homewood Drive, LaPlace; threatening public official, battery of a police officer, illegal use of weapons during a felony and possession of Schedule I controlled drug substance.

€ Donald Ray White, 37, 1704 Tiffany Lane, LaPlace; second offense DWI.

€ Mark Wayne Gardner, 43, 115 Bourgeois Town St., Reserve; obscenity.

€ Jules Hutchinson, 36, 204 Homewood Plaza, Reserve; possession of drug paraphernalia, distributing/manufacturing Schedule I controlled drug substance and possession of Schedule II controlled drug substance.

€ Merle Raymond Alphonse, 52, 825 St. Andrews Drive, LaPLace; possession of marijuana 28g-199g, possession of Schedule II controlled drug substance and possession of stolen things over $500.

€ Rebecca E. Thiery, 32, 2616 Cambridge Drive, LaPlace; possession of marijuana 28g-199g and possession of Schedule Ii controlled drug substance.

€ Charles Rayfield, 51, 516 heritage Cove, LaPlace; possession of marijuana 28g-199g and possession of Schedule II controlled drug substance.

€ Ray J. Francois, 39, 180 E. 23rd St., Reserve; aggravated flight from officer exceeding speed by 25 mph.
