DEAR EDITOR:

We were informed earlier this week that our family member serving in the military in Iraq had died. Jeremy Ridlen is the son of Edward Ridlen of Maroa, Ill., and twin brother of Jason Ridlen.

It was noted Jason would be accompanying his brother’s body home from Iraq. We last saw our cousins, Jeremy and Jason, at a family reunion on Aug. 5, 2000.

Jeremy was outgoing, a cheerful, kind, respectful, young man. He will be sorely missed by all.
