€ Stephen G. Garcia, 29, 809 Royal Crest Dr., Mesquite; improper lane usage and third offense DWI

€ Ernest Taft Blount, 34, 504 Revere Dr., LaPlace; contempt of court.

€ Adam Scott, 36, 1844 Cinclair Loop, LaPlace; disturbing the peace by being intoxicated.

€ Kendall Chopin, 19, 2920 Cambridge Dr., LaPlace; aggravated second degree battery.

€ Jarris Monroe, 18, 2804 Concordia, LaPlace; contempt of court.

€ Bryan Stewart, 17, 2212 W. Canterbury Drive, LaPlace; resisting an officer by refusing ID.

€ Carmine Johnson, 22, 173 W. Second St., Reserve; DWI, careless operation of a motor vehicle and hit and run driving.

€ Brian Landry, 23, 188 Calcagno Dr., Montz; illegal use of weapons, firing from a vehicle and obscured windshield.

€ David A. Flournoy, 39, 315 Magnolia Dr., LaPlace; resisting an officer, battery of a police officer and two counts disturbing the peace.

€ Wendell Leon Wilson, 53, 206 Washington, Norco; resisting an officer and contempt of court.

€ Latischa N. Keller, 26, 501 Amaryllis Court, LaPlace; disregarding stop signs, child restraint violation, driving under suspension and three counts of contempt of court.

€ Larry Spencer III, 21, 3009 Cambridge Dr., LaPlace; simple battery.

€ Jordae Grows, 23, 206 E. Fifth St., Edgard; contempt of court and distribution of a schedule I controlled dangerous substance.

€ Rodney D. Labat, 44, 470 W. Maple Loop, LaPlace; DWI and careless operation of a motor vehicle.

€ Darrell A. Flowers, 41, 1609 N. Sugar Ridge St., LaPlace; hit and run driving, reckless operation of a vehicle and driving under suspension.

€ Darnell J. Randle, 25, 3020 Essex Dr., LaPlace; criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, possession of a schedule II controlled drug substance, possession of Marijuana and two counts each of aggravated battery and contraband taken to or from penal institutions.

€ Milton Cox, 67, 116 E 13th St., Edgard; speeding.

€ Milton Fleming, 32, 165 Marigold St., Mt. Airy; disturbing the peace.

St. Charles Parish

HAHNVILLE – St. Charles Parish Sheriff Greg C. Champagne reported the following recent arrests:

€ Michael J. Mcginnis, 39, 2026 Brittney St., Algiers, aggravated battery. According to Capt. Patrick Yoes, on Nov. 14, 2003, Mcginnis was arguing with the mother of his children, during which he allegedly struck her several times with a fist and a mallet.

€ Ronald L. Johnson, 20, 137 Sharon Ave., Boutte, carnal knowledge of a juvenile. According to Yoes, Johnson allegedly had sexual relations with a 15-year-old St. Rose girl during December 2003. He was arrested on a warrant issued on Jan. 23.

The arrestee allegedly struck a 9-year-old St. Rose boy in the street, while riding a dirt bike. The child is in critical condition at Charity Hospital with head injuries.

€ Troy J. Estave, 24, 161 Cypress St., Des Allemands, DWI, speeding and no driver’s license.

€ Frank J . Johnson Sr., 43, 511 Westview Drive, Houma, DWI.

€ Michael C. Locascio, 45, 20027 Louisiana Highway 36, Covington, DWI, no headlights, driving under suspension and open container violation.

€ Cheryl L. Ryall, 27, 3600 E. LSU St., Kenner, DWI, driving on median, driving under suspension, open container violation, attachments for contempt of court and being a fugitive from Jefferson Parish.

€ Laura M. Camp, 31, 1952 Ormond Blvd., Destrehan, DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and child desertion.
