The Family Life Center at St. Joan of Arc School was recently transformed into a beautiful wonderland as Krewe Jeanne D’Arc Visits the Land of A Thousand Dances. Saint Joan of Arc celebrated two wonderful nights of Carnival fun, great entertainment, beautiful maids and handsome dukes, and two sets of majestic monarchs. The annual Carnival Ball was held on Feb. 6 and 7.

The nights were pure magic as Queen Payton Bourgeois and King Luke LeBlanc reigned over the Friday night festivities, and Queen Reyna Lubin and King Justin Zeno reigned over Saturday night’s festivities. The students of St. Joan of Arc were superb as they served as the entertainment of the ball. Music included everything from “Dancing in the Streets” to “The Monster Mash.”

The wonderful evening ended by “Jump, Jive, and Wail!” It was a wonderful evening, leaving students who can not wait to see what next year will bring.
