LAPLACE – St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff Wayne L. Jones reported the following recent arrests:

• Anthony J. Plaisance Sr., 28, 422 NW Third St., Reserve, issuing worthless checks of less than $100.

• Angela MaQuire, 19, 257 Capt. G. Bourgeois St., LaPlace, distribution of cocaine.

• Harry Joseph Wilson, 32, 239 E. 24th St., Reserve, contempt of court.

• William J. Krisanits, 30, 484 W. Maple Loop, LaPlace, contempt of court.

• Nicole Marie Beauchamp, 26, 146 Somerset Road, LaPlace, shoplifting theft of items valued at less than $100.

• Linda Jones, 55, 600 E. Club Drive, St. Rose, theft by fraud of $500 or more.

• Larry D. Vicknair, 41, 103 Mockingbird Lane, LaPlace, DWI, no headlight and no seat belt use.

• Lashantra Johnson, 19, 600 Manchester Lane, LaPlace, aggravated battery.

• Leola Stewart, 37, 1002 Whitlow Court, LaPlace, simple criminal damage to property and two counts aggravated battery.

• Chantel Breaux, 19, 1602 Grant Drive, LaPlace, two counts aggravated battery.

• Elizabeth Latasha Florent, 21, 1153 Heather Lane, LaPlace, shoplifting theft of items valued at less than $100.

• Robert Dickey, 40, 166 Apple St., LaPlace, second-degree battery.

• Paul M. Burke, 40, 1570 Ormond Blvd., Destrehan, disturbing the peace by being intoxicated, possession of marijuana and contempt of court.

• Floyd Williams, 45, 735 E. 24th St., Reserve, three counts contempt of court.

• Kevin B. Fowler, 18, 6021 NE County Road, High Spring, Fla., reckless operation of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen items valued at more than $500, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and no driver’s license.

• Steven C. Sparcella, 33, 165 River Oaks Drive, LaPlace, DWI and speeding.

• Nathaniel Todd, 18, 1546 Natchez Lane, LaPlace, disturbing the peace by being intoxicated.

• Marc A. Gresham, 33, 204 Magnolia St., LaPlace, theft of items valued between $300 and $500.

• Armond Lee, 28, 221 Homewood Lane, Reserve, disturbing the peace by cursing, no driver’s license, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated battery and theft of items valued at less than $300.
