ALEXANDER
LULING – Odella Marie Alexander, 54, a native and resident of Boutte, died Dec. 31. She was the daughter of the late Edward Sr. and Theresa Alexander and sister of Theola White, Inez Evans and Roger, Wilbert Sr., Vernon and the late Earline, Charles and Edward Alexander Jr.
She was a member of The Arc of St. Charles.
Services were Jan. 6 at Bell Baptist Church, Luling, with interment at Mt. Airy Memorial Cemetery, Boutte.
AUBERT
ST. JAMES – Bernadette Sorrell Aubert, 90, a native and resident of Vacherie, died Dec. 30. She was the mother of Gregory Sorrell and stepmother of Doris Brown and Marie, Herman, Herbert and Edgar Aubert Sr.
She was the sister of Mary Jackson, Isabella Harris and Laura Bright.
She is also survived by one grandchild.
Services were Jan. 4 at St. James Catholic Church, St. James, with interment at the church cemetery.
BALLIVIERO
HARVEY – Tammy G. Balliviero, 43, a native of Boutte and resident of Belle Chasse, died Jan. 4. She was the wife of Michael Balliviero, mother of Abbey and Quintin Balliviero and stepmother of Joseph Balliviero.
She was the daughter of Buddy and Rita Danos Graver, sister of Chris, Randy and Todd Graver and grandchild of Clarabelle Walker Danos.
Services were Jan. 7 in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, Harvey, with interment at Holy Rosary Cemetery, Larose.
BOE’
RESERVE – Caire A. Boé, 83, a native of Mt. Airy and resident of Reserve for 56 years, died Jan. 3. He was the husband of Beatrice Waguespack Boé and father of Caire Jr. and Mark Boé.
He was the son of the late Raoul and Euphemie Tassin Boé and brother of Elma LeBlanc, Elizabeth Guidry, Jeanne Keller, Ray Boé and the late Martha Fourroux and Raoul “Bobby” and Alvin Boé. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
He was a World War II veteran and a retiree of Shell Oil Refinery in Norco.
Services were Jan. 6 at St. Peter Catholic Church, Reserve, with interment at the church cemetery.
CHAMPAGNE
HAHNVILLE – Francis “Frankie” Xavier Champagne Sr., 75, a native of Edgard and resident of Luling, died Jan. 6. He was the husband of Rtta Troxler Champagne and father of Audrey Raziano, Tracy Guidry and Charlotte, Frankie, P.J. and Jamie Champagne.
He was the son of the late Paul and Aline Copponex Champagne and brother of Iris Delaneuville, Mary Lou Schexnayder, Faith Roussel, Joy Schexnayder, Rita Jane Bohn, Durwood Champagne and the late Doris Matherne, Audrey Reynaud and Wallace Champagne.
He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was a member of VFW Post 3750 and served as a member of the St. John the Baptist Parish School Board for 25 years.
Services are today at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Hahnville, with interment at the church cemetery, Taft. Visitation starts at 9 a.m.
COSPOLICH
METAIRIE – Olga Boudreaux Cospolich, 95, a native of Convent and long time resident of Jefferson, died Jan. 6. She was the wife of the late Clarence Cospolich and mother of Jeannette Fonte, Claire Ory and James Cospolich.
She was the daughter of the late Marie Antoinette Webre and Henry Boudreaux and sister of Ursula Locascio, Lester Boudreaux and the late Emma Gronweg.
She is survived by 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren and was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Services are today at noon in the chapel of Lamana Panno Fallo Funeral Home, Metairie, with interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation starts at 10 a.m.
