• Michael J. LeBlanc, 35, 13 Avalon Place, Hahnville, DWI and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

• Dale M. Landry, 40, 229 Mimosa Ave., Luling, DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Julie M. Simoneaux, 43, 122 First St., Apt. 3, Boutte, aggravated battery.

• Carlos M. Lainez, 29, 200 Cartier Drive, LaPlace, DWI, careless operation of a motor vehicle and no proof of insurance.
