This winter wonderland was created by Garland and Anna Phipps of LaPlace by spraying their backyard down with a water hose and letting it freeze overnight, creating a sight not often seen in south Louisiana.

“My husband thinks hes a kid,” said Anna. “His parents used to do it for him.”
