LUTCHER
James Demario “Napp” Burl, 22, a native and resident of Lutcher, died Oct. 21. He was the father of one daughter, son of Sonya Burland Keith Ezidore and brother of Lashona Duhe, Orlando Young, Ken Bardell, Rory Clark and Chantrell Burl.
He was also the grandson of Thelma Burl and the late Mickey Burl and Ethel and Wilbert Ezidore.
Services were Oct. 26 at Greater King Triumph Baptist Church, Lutcher,with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Paulina.
DuROUSSEAU
PARADIS
Sherral Jude “Beau” DuRousseau, 53, a resident of Paradis, died Oct. 21. He was the husband of Julia Godbout DuRousseau, father ofDana Zeller and Jean-Pierre DuRousseau and stepfather of Joseph Bourgeois.
He was also the son of Pearl DuRousseau and the late Ulyss DuRousseau and brother of Jenella Placet, Pamela Ellis and Sedrick, Thomas, Randall DuRousseau.
He is also survived by one grandchild.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran, a Monsanto employee for 26 years and memberof the St. Charles Parish Zoning Board of Adjustment.Services were Oct. 26 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Paradis,with interment at St. Charles Cemetery, Luling.
KENNEY
HAHNVILLE
Louella “Tile” Kenney, 73, a native of Taft and resident of Hahnville for 34 years, died Oct. 25. She was the wife of Frank “Bo-Bo”Kenney Sr. and mother of Diane Oubre, Lillian August, Pamela Bailey,Beatrice Smith and Frank Jr. and Steven Kenney Sr.She was also the daughter of the late Lillian Dennis and Benjamin Morris.
She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services are today at 11 a.m. at Philadelphia Baptist Church, Hahnville,with interment at Greenhill Cemetery, Taft. Visitation starts at 9 a.m.
NICHOLAS
ST. JAMES
Harry Charles “Fobb” Nicholas, 68, a native and resident of St.James, died Oct. 18. He was the son of the late Carroll and Julia LanteyNicholas and brother of Marie Alexis, Edna Mathieu, Carroll Jr., Herman andWarren Nicholas and the late Eloise Sims and Earl and Russell Nicholas.
Services were Oct. 26 at St. James Catholic Church, St. James, withinterment at the church mausoleum.
PARK
COVINGTON
Joyce H. Park, 68, a native of Norco and resident ofCovington for 38 years, died Oct. 26. She was the mother of Gay Rogers,Starr Gremillion, Dawn Spinks, Holly Hutchins, Arthur Landry and Arthur Ryals.
She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services are today at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Vickers Northshore FuneralHome, Covington, with interment at Abite Cemetery.
TREGRE
PLAQUEMINE
Joseph A. Tregre, 87, a native of Edgard and resident ofPlaquemine, died Oct. 24. He was the husband of 62 years of GladysBienvenu Tregre and father of Sheila Coen and Terry, Kenneth and George Tregre.
He was also the son of the late Antoine and Amelia Lousteau Tregre and brother of Nina Benoit, Josephine Allemand, Virginia Benoit, Faye, Dennis and George Tregre and the late Lucille Cortez and Robert Tregre.
He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were Oct. 27 at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church,Plaquemine, with interment at Grace Memorial Park Mausoleum.
WINTERS
LAPLACE
Warren L. Winters Sr., 66, a native of New Orleans and residentof LaPlace for 30 years, died Oct. 21. He was the husband of EvelineWinters and father of George Berthelot, Mickey Metzler, Warren Jr. andWanita Winters and the late Danielle Pugh.
He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were Oct. 24 in the chapel of Millet-Guidry Funeral Home,LaPlace, with interment at St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace.
