PERRET – Luke Michael Perret was born April 26 at 10:40 a.m. at River ParishesHospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.He is the son of Julia B. Perret and Gregory P. Perret of LaPlace and thebrother of Matthew and Jonathan.

Maternal grandparents are Joseph Boudoin of Jeanerette and the late Alberta Boudoin. Paternal grandparents are Joycelyn and William Perret Jr. ofReserve. The paternal great-grandmother is Beulah Perret.

WATKINS – Jaylen Jh’Naeir Watkins was born May 2 at 10:08 a.m. at River ParishesHospital. He weighed 4 pounds, 14 ounces and was 17 inches long.He is the son of Xaveria N. Gray and Cornell A. Watkins of LaPlace.Maternal grandparents are Brenda Johnson of LaPlace and Deverie Gray of Gretna. Paternal grandparents are Patricia and John Watkins of LaPlace.
