AUGILLARD ST. ROSE – Randolph Josesph Aguillard, 78, a native and resident of St. Rose,died May 5. He was the husband of Ida Augillard and father of Diane Oliver.He was also the brother of Robert Augillard Sr. and Mary Augillard.Services were May 12 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Kenner, with interment at St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum, Destrehan.

AUCOIN DESTREHAN – Albert F. Aucoin Jr., 76, a native of New Orleans and residentof Destrehan for the past four years, died May 11. He was the husband ofDora Aucoin and father of Roger and Stephen Aucoin.

He was also the son of the late Clara and Albert Aucoin and brother of Delores, Jacob and Robert Aucoin.

He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be today at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the Kenner Funeral Home ofL.A. Muhleisen and Son, Kenner, with interment at Garden of MemoriesCemetery, Metairie. Visitation begins at 9 a.m.

CUREAU LUTCHER – Olivia Payne Cureau, 90, a native and resident of Lutcher, died May 6. She was the wife of the late Ernest Cureau and mother of KennethCureau Sr.

She was also the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth Payne and sister of Daisy Morgan, Dora Ford, Gertruce Oubre, Florence Payne and the late Melvins Hall, Sarah Tureaud and Louis, Aaron, George and Daniel Payne.

She is also survived by three grandchildren.

Services were May 12 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, with intermentat the church cemetery.

DUHE GONZALES – Master Sgt. Gary Paul Duhe, U.S. Marine Corps, retired, 64, anative of Reserve and resident of St. Amant, died May 9. He was the husbandof Peggy Duhe and father of Cindy Simoneaux, Stephanie Cobb and Jeffery Duhe.

He was the son of the late Leon and Virginia Duhe and brother of Marilyn Weber and Ellis, Ira, McArthur, Akers, T. Neil and the late Cary Duhe.He is also survived by seven grandchildren and is preceded in death by one grandchild.

Services were May 11 at St. Ann Catholic Church, Sorrento, with intermentat Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery, St. Amant.HOLLEY NEW ORLEANS – Charles A. Holley, 83, a native of Lutcher and resident ofNew Orleans for the past 63 years, died May 8. He was the husband ofShirley Holley and brother of Cy and Benny Holley, Getrude Roddy, Marie Alleman and the late Raymond, Alvin Jr. and Harold Holley and DorothyBargas.

Services were May 11 at St. Francis of Assissi, New Orleans, with intermentat Greenwood Cemetery.

LOUQUE GRAMERCY – Israel A. “Izzy” Louque, 66, a native of Paulina and a resident ofGramercy, died May 8. He was the former husband of Nelwyn Zeller andfather of Debra Rouillier and Dale and Mark Louque.

He was also the son of the late Israel J. Louque Sr. and Odelia Deroche andbrother of Lois Clements, Judith Martin, Louise St. Pierre and LucilleAccardo.

He is also survived by eight grandchildren one great-grandchild.

Services were May 11 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gramercy, with entombment in the St. Joseph Mausoleum, Gramercy.

MAYO MARRERO – Harold ”Buttie” Joseph Mayo, 64, a native of St. James Parish andresident of Marrero, died May 8. He was the father of Diedra Malveaux,Desise McCurdy and Dwayne, Darryl, and Dwight Mayo.

He was also the son of Foster and Vivian Mayo and brother of Florida Rodrigue, Betty Gibson, Angella Landry, Judy Gaudia and Melba, Claire, Robert, Clifford and Lester Mayo.

He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

Services are today at 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, St. JamesParish, with interment in the church cemetery.

MORTON WESTWEGO – Charles “Papa” James Morton Sr., 61, a native of Vacherie andresident of Westwego, died May 6. He was the husband of Juanita Morton andfather of Sonya Jackson and Charles Jr., Darlene, Lavern, Simone and InezMorton.

He was also the son of the late James Morton and Helena Dumas, stepson of Beatrice Morton and brother of James and Donald Morton and Jacqueline Turner.

He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

Services were May 11 at Davis Mortuary Service, Marrero, with interment at Restlawn Cemetery, Avondale.

ROME NORCO – Paul Robert Rome, 88, a native of Donaldsonville, former resident of Norco and resident of Destrehan for the past 12 years, died May 8. He wasthe husband of the late Loretta Dugas Rome and father of Suzanne Laiche, Alice Miller, Eileen Faucheux and John and Michael Rome.

He was also the son of the late Leona and Louis Rome Sr. and brother ofLillian Blanchard, Louis Jr., O’Neil and Donald Rome and the late John “Gus”Lucie and Ike and C. D. Rome.He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

Services were May 11 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Norco, with entombment at St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum, Destrehan.

SIMON TERRYTOWN – Loretta M. Simon, 89, a native of Lutcher and resident ofTerrytown, died May 6. She was the wife of the late Theodore Simon and themother of Nelwyn Riddle and Teddy Simon Jr.

She was also the daughter of the late Emile and Elise Matherne and sister of Drezina Boudreauc, Greta Carter, Rulth Remy and the late Dorothy Kelly and Len, Paul, Curtis, Jess and Jim Matherne.

She is also survived by five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Services are today at 10:30 a.m. at the Shrine to Mary Chapel, Marrero, witha private interment.

STEIN RESERVE – Gladys Stein, 74, a native and resident of Reserve, died May 11.

She was the daughter of the late Eluce and Archange Stein and sister of Norris, Joseph, Paul, Nelson, Alvin, Josephine, Theresa, Mary Ann and Jeanette Stein, Ruby McClean and the late Lena Vicknair and Ulysse and John Stein.

Services were May 12 at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, Reserve, with interment at St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.

WILSON NEW ORLEANS – Rosalind Brignac Wilson, 53, a native of Paulina and resident of New Orleans, died May 6. She was the wife of Woodrow Wilson Jr. andmother of Sherri, Kelli and Rene Wilson.

She was also the daughter of the late Lawrence and Norma Brignac and sister of Katherine Odrick, Denise Williams and Wesley, Reginald and Lawrence Brignac Jr.

Services are today at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Gretna, withentombment at St. Joseph’s Mausoleum, Paulina. Visitation begins at 9:30a.m.
