HAHNVILLE – The moratorium of residential development in St. CharlesParish is on, following a Parish Council override of Parish President Chris Tregre’s Dec. 11 veto.The Parish Council, at its Dec. 7 meeting, approved a moratorium onfurther subdivision development in much of the parish until drainage and other issues could be addressed adequately.
