RODRIGUE

On Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012, Ethel B. Rodrigue, 80, traded her tired old earthly suit for a beautiful pair of wings and flew to her Savior Jesus.

She was a native of Reserve and a longtime resident of Norco.

She was the beloved wife of A. Rodgrigue, loving mother of Sheila R. Cunningham, Linda R. Boudreaux (Mike), Bruce A. Rodgrigue Jr., Angel R. Cheramie (Bryan) and Melanie R. Haydel (Richard), daughter of the late Wilbert and Laura Tassin Breaud, sister of Annette Donaldson, Marie White, Wilbert Breaud Jr. and Lynn Breaud, grandmother of Tony (Erin) and Lauren Cunningham (fiancé Chad), Jake and Leila Boudreaux, Jonathan Rodrigue, Victoria Cheramie and Michelle and Nicole Haydel and great-grandmother of Luke Cunningham.


She is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren and all those who called her nanny. The family extends a special thanks to her loving care givers, Gee, Beverly, JoAnn and Ms. Ruby..

A Funeral Mass was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Norco on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012. Interment followed in St. John Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
