Cunningham reappointed to Levee District Board

BATON ROUGE – Gov. Bobby Jindal announced the reappointment of William “Tony” Cunningham to the Pontchartrain Levee District Board of Commissioners.

Cunningham, of St. Rose, is a manager for Fill Materials.

He will be reappointed to serve as a representative from St. Charles Parish, nominated by one or more of their legislators, as required by statute.

The Pontchartrain Levee Board is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the levees and maintaining the levee drainage systems within East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Ascension, St. James, St. John the Baptist and St. Charles parishes.
