RESERVE – Rotolo’s Pizzeria opened its 11th location, this one in Reserve. and held a ribbon cutting on Monday.

Rotolo’s Pizzeria is a local Louisiana company that was started in Baton Rouge by Mitch Rotolo. There are now five locations in the Greater Baton Rouge area, and in the last three years he has franchised and expanded to the Greater New Orleans and Hammond areas as well.

“We are thrilled to have moved into the Reserve community and we hope that the people of St. John Parish will enjoy having us here for a very long time,” said Rotolo.

The owners of this franchise, Todd Trosclair and Joey Murray, also own Rotolo’s locations in Ormond Center in Destrehan, next to the Superdome on Rampart Street and on Chartres Street in the French Quarter.

Rotolo’s offers pizza, pasta, calzones, wraps, sandwiches and salads. All locations have dine-in, pick-up, and catering services, and the Reserve location also has meeting or reception space that can accommodate up to 50 people for a seated dinner, or 100 for a cocktail reception.
