'Hometown Heroes" being sought

Do you know a “Hometown Hero?”

Do you know someone who is active in the community, working with youth, their church, the elderly or just making the River Parishes a better place to live, work and raise a family?

If so, L’Observateur wants to know about them. Please send us an e-mail or letter, or drop by our office behind Destiny Christian Center, to tell us about your “Hometown Hero.” We’re ready to hear from you now at john.walker@wickcommunications.com, by mail or in person at 116 Newspaper Dr., LaPlace.

Persons selected will be used in an advertising campaign to recognize public-spirited people
