He is survived by his parents, Robert and Carol Phillips of LaPlace; Ronald, Ruth, Gretchen and Erin Phillips of Atlanta, Ga.; Ed, Sherree, Audrey and Evan Koehler of Plano, Texas; and William and Cathy Campbell of Desert Hot Springs, Calif. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dolores A. Phillips.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009, at the Evergreen Cemetery, 4623 Preston Hwy., Louisville, Ky.
