Justo Cantu Diaz, 33, of New Braunfels, Texas, was traveling west on River Road near Park Drive in a 2008 Chevrolet pickup when his vehicle suddenly left the roadway to the right, said State Police Troop B Spokesman Joseph Piglia.
Piglia said it appeared that once Diaz left the road, he overcorrected to the left and back to the right, causing his truck to flip over. Piglia said Diaz was ejected from the truck.

Piglia said speed is not considered a factor in the crash, but it is not known whether driver impairment contributed to the accident. A toxicology report is pending.
