Preceded in death by her husband, George Darr Sr., a long time companion, Joseph Taranto Sr., parents Isidore B. Pellissier and Wilhelmina Dunn Pellissier, three daughters, Donna Mata, Joyann Taranto and Connie Darr, five sisters, four brothers and three grandsons.
Visitation and services were held on Monday, March 23, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Entombment followed in Jefferson Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in St. Rose.
