Milligan takes over operations at Dow St. Charles
HAHNVILLE – The Dow Chemical Company has announced that Steve Milligan will become the new site leader for its St. Charles Operations site in Hahnville. He will replace Nawzer Parakh, who has served in that position since 2004.

St. John Arc announced March as Mental Retardation month. Parish president Bill Hubbard signed a proclamation stating that the month of March will be set aside for those citizens of St. John Parish with intellectual disabilities.
