The High Five Award is the highest honor awarded annually to one hospital in each of LifePoint’s five divisions to recognize extraordinary achievement in demonstrating the Company’s High Five guiding principles:
Delivering compassionate, high quality patient care
|
|
Creating excellent workplaces for employees
Strengthening the hospital’s role in the community
Ensuring fiscal responsibility
The award was accepted on behalf of the entire RPH team at the annual LifePoint operations meeting on January 21 in Nashville, Tenn.
RPH received a check from LifePoint Hospitals in the amount of $100,000 to be used to invest in hospital improvements and technology as the hospital continues to grow and enhance its medical services.
“Congratulations and recognition goes to every single member of our staff for playing an integral part in our notable progress during 2008. I am proud of our RPH family and honored to be a member of it,” said Chief Executive Officer Charlotte Dupre. “This recognition is simply a tangible testament of the dedicated effort our employees, physicians, volunteers and board members gave during this past year. Our vision for 2009 is one of even more optimism as we continue to pursue excellence in all areas of our hospital.”
