Leo J. Bourg, 66, died Thursday, November 27, 2008. The Reserve native and LaPlace resident was husband of Polly Montz Bourg, father of Lisa Specht, grandfather of Dustin, Hunter and Hailey Specht, son of the late John and Denise Bourg, brother of Luke Peter Bourg, Rene Catoire, JoAnn Beadle and Neil Bourg and the late Lucille Duhon, John Bourg and Laura Mae Trosclair.
Visitation and services were held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in LaPlace on Monday, December 1. Burial in St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve.

Rose Chenier Caronna passed away on Friday, November 28, 2008, at St. Charles Parish Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Peter Caronna Sr. Daughter of the late Ovide Chenier Sr. and Phelodia Tabb Chenier. Mother of David, Helen and Robert Caronna and the late Charles Michael and Joseph Peter Caronna, Jr. Grandmother of Joshua, Whitney, Johnathan, Candy Jo, Donni, Keith, Jenna, Dakota, Blake and Chantelle Caronna. Great-grandmother of Gabrielle Hebert. Mother-in-law of Trudy P. Caronna and Carie Caronna Lee. Sister of Ovide Chenier, Jr., Theresa Lambert and the late Delores Simon and Linda Chenier. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Age 73 years. A native and resident of LaPlace for 73 years.
Services were held on Tuesday, December 2, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in LaPlace. Burial in St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve.
Lee
Dorthy Lee, 84, of Garyville died Wednesday, November 26, 2008. She was wife of Chester Lee Sr. and mother of Chester Lee Jr. and Dianne Pidgeon. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Preceded in death by one son, Harold Lee.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services at True Light Baptist Church in Garyville on Thursday, December 4, at 11 a.m. Rev. Wesley Anderson Sr. officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the funeral. Interment at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery in Reserve.

John R. “Johnny” Peppo Jr. on Monday November 17, 2008. Father of Johnny III, Nicholas, Kristi, Ryan and Brittany Peppo. Brother of Melissa Sperling, Stephanie Morgan, Patrick and Andre’ Peppo. Brother-in-law of Johnny Sperling, Matt Morgan and Tammy Peppo. Beloved son of Betty Kirsh Peppo and John R. Peppo Sr. Also survived by 3 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age 49 years.
Private Services were held st Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home in Metairie on Monday, November 24.
