LAPLACE – A fundraiser to assist the family of Addison Smith with medical expenses associated from her recent accident will be held on Friday, November 21 at Riverlands Country Club.

A dance with an open bar, food, silent auction and live music by “Off the Hook” will be held that night from 7:30 p.m. to midnight, at a cost of $60 per person.

Those interested in coming are urged to register by Nov. 15 so organizers can get a head count for the night’s party.

VIP tables are also available with extra perks, while items are still being sought for the silent auction. Anyone who can help should call Tammy at 504-235-9541, or Summer at 504-390-4189.

Anyone who would like to help the family can send checks made out to “Angels for Addison,” care of Tammy Esponge, 1614 Ellerslie Ave., LaPlace, La., 70068; or send your requests for tickets, with your check, to the same address.

If you can help with items for the silent auction, call Tammy or Summer at the numbers listed in this story.
