RESERVE “ Danny Becnel has always gotten his share of national attention for some of his class action lawsuits, but lately he has garnered some international attention for some of his litigation.

Becnel was quoted extensively last week in a New York Times newspaper article by Stephanie Saul, in reference to the settlement by Pfizer Inc. in the Bextra and Celebrex cases.

Becnel discussed the key to bringing the four year old case to a settlement, linked to the inclusion of a law firm that had the experience to bring both parties together.

“I’ve done a lot of these cases and it’s important to get people involved who know what the numbers mean in these cases. The Feinberg Group got involved, and they had experience in the 9/11 case, and making sure victims got what they deserved,” he explained.

Additionally, Becnel is scheduled to do a television interview for the BBC, which has contacted him to discuss the lawsuit involving formaldehyde in FEMA trailers. Becnel also has a class action lawsuit pending in that case.
