Brown then followed the victim downstairs, brandished a 9mm handgun and opened fire on the victim without warning. The victim then ran back upstairs, locked his door, and called for help when he realized his injuries.
The report said bullets hit the victim in the right foot and grazed his neck. He was transported to St. Charles Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
Brown was transported to the Nelson Coleman Correctional Facility where he is being held on $500,000 bond.
